At Marlborough House in London, Britain’s Secretary of State for the Colonies, Mr. Fred Lee, addresses the opening session of the Bermuda Constitutional Conference, of which he is Chairman. The delegation from Bermuda, drawn from both houses of the legislature and led by the Governor, Lord Martonmere, is seated on the right.
