Scope and Contents
149 x 202 mm. The delegation from Belize at the Constitutional Conference to prepare for the country’s independence from Britain seen at Marlborough House, London, for the opening session of talks. The negotiating team is led by Mr C L B Rogers (third right), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Home Affairs. The opening round of talks was chaired by Mr Nicholas Ridley, Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
