Scope and Contents
203 x 153 mm. Mr Nicholas Ridley, Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, signing the record of the Antigua Constitutional Conference of which he was chairman. The twelve day conference was convened at Lancaster House in London to discuss the proposals for the islands’ independence.
