Photographic prints, 1954 - 1956
Scope and Contents
Approximately 780 photographs, most measuring 65x47mm with Court's captions on the reverse. The prints were previously stored loose in an index box and were rehoused in melinex sleeves in an album at the point of cataloguing. Court's numbering system and captions have been retained as found. The photographs here largely relate to Court's time in India and Pakistan in the period 1954-6; they document Court's voluntary service at Warora, visit to Gandhi's ashram at Sevagram and solo travels around India and Pakistan.
