Clearing on Tjinta Raja Estate, 1880 - 1889

Scope and Contents

273 x 209 mm. A view from roadway looking towards partially cleared jungle. The Tjinta Radja [i.e. Raja ?] Estate, in the Batang Sarangan District of Langkat, was owned in 1887 by E. Borring and E. Niederer, and managed by the latter. Its size in that year was 2000 acres.

Good condition apart from slight fading at edges.
