The initial lease is wanting. The parties are:- 1) Thomas Hulse of Elworth, gentleman 2) John Hulse, son and heir of TH 3) Robert Aldersey of Spurstaw, esquire, and John Cartwright of Middlewich, county clerk. A fine and common recovery are to be secured against incumbrances.
