The property comprises land in Sandbach, Cheshire, as follows:- 1) the inheritance of John Shaw, now in the tenure of Moses Steele of Bradwell, yeoman, known as Shawe Gilworth, Gilworth lakes, Cooks Nall Lane Croft 2) Marsh Croft now in the tenure of Susan Snelson, widow 3) two closes called Two Riddings now in the tenure of Joseph Cumberbatch, innholder.
