The conveyance is by lease, release and exemplification of a common recovery in the Court of Common Pleas. The property comprises a messuage called Shaws of the Lake; three cottages, several pastures called Great Hope, Little Hope, Two Elworthes, Elworth Lakes, Cookes Neille Lane, Cookes Neill Croft, Smith Field, Beacons Flatter, several pastures called Two Riddings, Marsh Croft, Three New Fields, Hope Coate, Hope Meadow. Use of his domicile is retained by Jonathan Shawe, and an annual rent of £5 by Jane.
