Comprises typescript numbered pp. 67-92 covering a visit to the Gold Coast [Ghana], Accra to Kumasi, in 1952, a trip undertaken with Vera Morton to meet social welfare officers and to see another part of West Africa. Together with: ‘Fourth tour’ typescript numbered pp. 1-63, covering the author’s homes in Lagos, weekend visits to Igbetti and Igbo Ora, Lagos Marriage Guidance Council and a synopsis of some family welfare cases, [1950]; ‘Fifth tour’ typescript numbered pp. 1-49, covering issues of family life and polygamy, [1953-4]; ‘Sixth tour’ typescript and manuscript numbered pp. 1-67, covering a visit to the Idanre mountains, witchcraft and schools at Isheri, [1955]. With black-and-white photographs and magazine cuttings throughout.
