Scope and Contents
A set of papers and photographs documenting RGO staff recreational activities including pantomimes and spoof circulars, publications, questionnaires and correspondence. It was collected by various RGO staff members and archivists and is complementary to the class at RGO 80: Royal Observatory and Royal Greenwich Observatory Social and Sports Club and RGO Club.
Most relates to the annual RGO Staff Club Christmas pantomime, with records such as scripts, song lyrics and score, programmes, photographs, production notes, press cuttings, tickets and ephemera. There are also three sets of 'thank you letters' sent to RGO staff from children of Herstmonceux C.E. School, Hailsham who attended the performances.

Arranged in three series. Series 1 was collated by various RGO archivists. Series 2-3 were collated by Roy Wallis and Bill Martin respectively and donated in 2009.
