From the Fonds:

A business established in Biddulph in 1969 by Richard Dean (a founder member of the Charles Close Society), dealing in out of print cartography including Ordnance Survey maps and plans. Irregular printed sales catalogues were issued between 1969 and 1996, which are represented in this archive. The business now operates via its website http://www.cartographics.co.uk .

The Charles Close Society Archives is available for consultation by researchers in the Map Room at Cambridge University Library.
