Scope and Contents
Comprise:
1. Deposition of Robert Boathe taken in re cause John Baskabey versus William Elsden. Refers to [ ] Durrant, a wall and Pembroke College. Found loose in volume of depositions for 1600-2 (UA VCCt.II.3), but see also cause Elsden versus Bastaby ca 1624 (UA VCCt.II.22 f.121r and III.27.64);
2. Responsio personalis of William Carnham in cause Edmund Alston versus WC in a dispute over livestock and crops. Found loose in volume of depositions for 1641-2 (UA VCCt.II.37 after f.81);
3. Additional note to an unidentified deposition in Registrary Tabor's hand referring to the Tyger Inn at Arrington and [ ] Campion, sometime of Royston. Found loose in volume of depositions for 1641-2 (UA VCCt.II.37 after f.82).
