A letter from D.E. Wallis, Sir Howard Grubb, Parsons and Co. Ltd, to Sir Richard Woolley, 27 January 1965, regarding the oscillator unit, and enclosing his letter to A.D. Thackeray of 27 January concerning modifications to the unit. There is also a copy of Woolley's reply to Wallis of 5 February referring decisions about the unit on to Thackeray.
