Scope and Contents
A copy of a letter from Redman to J.F. Hosie, 28 September 1971, enclosing S.C.B. Gascoigne's 'Notes on a Visit by Gascoigne and Goodsell to Mr W. James, Melbourne, September 22, 1971', and recommending that James' tender for the prime focus corrector system be accepted. There is also a copy of a letter from W.A. Goodsell to W.E. James, 1 October 1971, stating that it is the intention of the A.A.T. Project Office to place a contract with James.
