A copy of a memorandum to members of the Northern Hemisphere Observatory Planning Committee, 1 January 1973, enclosing copies of replies received from United Kingdom astronomers overseas concerning the planning for the N.H.O. The correspondence includes telexes from M. Disney and R. Stobie, and letters from W. Sargent, G.A. Harding, A.J. Penny, M.W. Feast, L. Searle, N.J. Woolf, P. Strittmatter, P.A. Wayman, R.D. Wolstencroft, T.D. Kinman and J. Faulkner.
