Woolley encloses a draft letter to Bertil Lindblad, 31 August 1956, declining to attend the meeting as he does not support the project. Redman presents arguments in favour of the project, but expresses the view that the British government is unlikely to support it for financial reasons. There is also a copy of a letter from Redman to Lindblad, 17 September 1956, regarding Woolley's decision not to attend the Stockholm meeting.
