Papers on a solar flare painting, 1974
Scope and Contents
A letter to Mr Arnison, Science Research Council, from Dennis Greene, Her Majesty's Stationery Office, 28 June 1974, regarding the selection of caption for an artist's impression of a solar flare or prominence. There are three notes on the letter relating to Dr Hunter's involvement in this matter, and two accompanying xerox copies of the aforementioned painting, given to Hunter to help him choose a suitable caption.
