Correspondence and papers regarding the Instrumentation Review Panel:

Papers relating to the meeting of the Instrumentation Review Panel on 18 October 1972, regarding the agenda (IRP 3); classification of documents (IRP 2); membership list (IRP 3); I.R.P. present arrangements (IRP 4); and the I.R.P. Research Fellowship at the Royal Observatory, Edinburgh (IRP 5). The papers also include APG 229, V.C. Reddish's proposal for a focal reducer and a multi-star spectrometer system.
