Papers regarding the design of image intensifiers and their use on the 30-inch reflector. There is correspondence between Sir Richard Woolley, J.D. McGee, D.E. Blackwell and C.G. Wynne on the use and design of image tubes and their testing on the 30-inch reflector and concerning amendments in the design suggested mainly by Sir Richard Woolley.
