Papers regarding voluntary deductions from the salaries of staff at the Royal Greenwich Observatory for voluntary associations and insurance policies, including the following items:
Annual reports, circulars and membership details of the Admiralty Social Service Association, 1950-1965.
Annual reports, circulars and memoranda relating to the Civil Service Sanatorium Society, 1950-1968.
Receipt for a payment made to the Hospital Saturday Fund, 12 January 1968.
Correspondence regarding employees having policies with the United Kingdom Provident Institution, 1951-1967.
Correspondence between the R.G.O. and the Sun Life Assurance Society concerning employees' policies, 1957-1965.
Correspondence between the Secretary and Cashier of the R.G.O. and Beacon Insurance regarding deductions from employees' salaries for premium payments, 1956-1957.
