Scope and Contents
A letter from O.J. Eggen to Sir Richard Woolley regarding the possibility of finding a young English astronomer to work as an assistant at the Mount Wilson and Palomar Observatories, working the 20-inch and 60-inch telescopes photometrically. Enclosed is a copy of a letter from Eggen to G.F.W. Mulders of the National Science Foundation, Washington D.C., regarding an I.A.U. Sponsored Colloquium of Commission 37 (clusters) to be held at Herstmonceux Castle in August 1962.
