Scope and Contents

General correspondence with, among others, the National Maritime Museum, the Nuffield Foundation, 'Nature' and the 'New Scientist'. The subjects include a draft of Sir Richard Woolley's speech for the opening of the Meridian Building at Greenwich, insurance matters, an article by Woolley for 'Nature' concerning the Isaac Newton Telescope, and a request for Woolley to review a copy of Patrick Moore's 'Sky at Night', Vol. 2.
