Kent, Aberdeen Proving Ground, regarding the suitability of offering Donald H. Jacobs a position; letters, memoranda and forms concerning the termination of Atkinson's employment and his efficiency rating, earnings and tax, including his tax return for 1945; and a letter from L.E. Simon, Director, expressing regret that Atkinson has declined a position at the Laboratory, February 1947.
