Correspondence with H.M. Smith, 1954, including an extract from a paper by L. Essen on standard frequency time.

Correspondence with H.M. Smith regarding barometric pressure variations on the rate of B5, including a graph; investigations of the sub-soil at Herstmonceux; bore-holes for quartz resonators; and variations in the rate of ring crystals, 1953.
