Envelope addressed to Mrs E A N Arber [Agnes Arber, nee Robertson] and postmarked 24 March 1927, containing 11 letters from Ethel Sargant to E A Newell Arber, 1907-1909, and one long letter from E A Newell Arber to E S 16 September 1908. The letters concern a joint paper of E A N A and Mr Parkin, a debate (or organised discussion) to which E S is opposed (and her outspoken comments to Arthur Tansley), and the different approaches of a botanist and geologist to the same subject matter.
