The typed letters to her uncle Eddie Brockbank are written in the form of a travel diary. The first bundle covers her trip to Australia and flight to Africa 1953-54, the second bundle: visits to Kenya, Uganda, Tanganyika and Zanzibar as well as the voyage home via Cape Town and Las Palmas, 1956-57.
