Scope and Contents The map is labelled on the back 'Route of my Himalayan Walk 1930': Beryl Power did indeed undertake a seven week walking tour in a small forestry state high up in the Himalayas during a holiday from the RCLI work, according to her autobiographical sketch written in 1961 for the GPDST [see GCPP Power, B 1/6].
