Autograph book of Margaret Tyler. 1 small hardback volume with green cover. Chiefly inscribed by friends, schoolfriends and penfriends. Some entries are accompanied by drawings, cartoons and paintings: an entry by ‘Uncle Arthur’ includes a watercolour of sailing boats initialled ‘AB’ [Arthur Beck, husband of Margaret’s Aunt Alice]. Also some sporting autographs: pages headed ‘Wimbledon 1946’ and ‘Wimbledon 1948’ bear the signatures of various tennis players including Eric Sturgess, F Segura...
