Collected file, including:
1) Photocopied section from the 'spectacle' chapter relating to the NUWSS Demonstration, 13 June 1908, by Lisa Tickner, from The Spectacle of women: imagery of the suffrage campaign, 1907-1914;
2) Letters to Alison Duke from the Archivist at Newnham College and the Archivist at Girton concerning the flowers on the banner, 1988;
3) Photocopy of the 'Suffrage Saturday' photograph showing Emily Davies at the 1908 pocession, with an accompanying letter from Fawcett Library, 1991. Also includes a photocopy of 'An incident in connection with the presentation of the first women's suffrage petition to parliament in 1866', an oil painting by Bertha Newcombe, 1910;
4) 1 x 35mm clour slide, mounted and 1 x colour transparency, unmounted of the suffrage poster 'Convicts. Lunatics and Women Have No Vote'. Taken from plate IV in The Spectacle of women: imagery of the suffrage campaign, 1907-1914 by Lisa Tickner.
