‘Ortega’: notes and papers etc by Helen Grant on the life and work of José Ortega y Gasset [Spanish philosopher and essayist, 1883-1955], probably all compiled for a series of lectures. Typescript with handwritten annotations and amendments, and handwritten, including a handwritten paper entitled ‘La Deshumanizacion del Arte’ [a humanist concept developed by Ortega in his work of the same name 1925]. Some in Spanish. The file also contains an offprint of Gabriel Trillas, ‘Ortega y Gasset en tres tiempos’, from Revista de las Indias, Bogota, no. 63, 1944’.
