Two manuscript copies of 'West African Girls in England' by EF, one final and one annotated with notes by EF. Annotated copy, together with two letters: 1) from Dorothy Brackett [Secretary to International Institute of African Languages & Cultures] with suggestions for the article; 2) from Eileen G. Reid [Secretary to Edward Fuller of Save the Children].
Also included in this file is a folder labelled 'G C Fellowship' containing three items:
1) Manuscript copy of 'Report for G[irton] C[ollege] Council' on West Africans in London;
2) Typescript copy of 'The effect of western civilisation on African students in Great Britain' (a final report signed 'esf 24.11.37');
3) Manuscript copy of 'The education & training of African girls students in England' by Sara A Burstall [member of the advisory committee on Education at the Colonial Office].
