Letters to Miss Robertson [Agnes Arber née Robertson], 1897 - 1918
Scope and Contents
Each letter-file consists of a long rectangular strip of fabric folded double and stiffened inside with card for two thirds of its length with the letters stitched in chronological order and the remaining piece of fabric folded over as a flap. The letters are numbered sequentially through the five files. [Agnes Robertson, 1879-1960, studied and taught at University College London and Newnham College Cambridge and acted as a research assistant to Ethel Sargant for a time.]
