'Poetry for copying out and learning', 1898 - 1957
Scope and Contents
An envelope of published poems, some well-known, others not; they are in various formats - typed, torn from newspapers and magazines, and hand-copied (some in Elizabeth Procter's hand, and some, presumably, given to EP or CP). Many are poems about animals. The earliest clipping is 1898. One is labelled 'from Stanley Baldwin written in his own beautiful handwriting, given to me when a girl.'
