Testimonials include two from the retired High Mistress of St Pauls' Girls' School 1930 and 1932, one from Bingley Training College 1932, one from Helen M Wodehouse [Mistress of Girton] 26 Jan 1942 with amendments 21 June 1942, one from Peter Chalmers Mitchell, 1942, and one from the Headmaster of Bryanston School, 1957. In most cases these are original signed testimonials with copies. There is also a manuscript chronology [for Joan Procter] to 1932, a curriculum vitae written in 1944, and a copy of CP’s entry in the ‘Girton College Register’ volume 1 1869-1946. There are papers about her retirement from full-time work in 1950, including pages from a printed school magazine labelled ‘From the Bryanston Saga’. Certificates include her birth certificate 11 March 1894, witnessed on 9 April 1894 and her Royal Horticultural Society Teachers’ Examination, 1921.
