Plans for fresh building of an extensive sort. She brought the list of books - - which ought to be retained for the Coll. C. declares that it’s all owing to his dear Miss Welsh’s appointment that this bit of good luck has come to the Coll. He is a funny lad & makes us all laugh!’.
