Extracts not dated, but the volume also contains loose news cuttings, 1936-43, and some pages from a 1921 calendar. The volume also contains, loose, a letter from Mercy G Blaxley, addressed from 17 East Park Parade, Northampton, 20 July 1924, to a Mr and Mrs Pollard, sending condolences on the death of their daughter Ruth; and a printed semon entitled The Men God Can Use, given by the Rev James Reid at St Andrew's (Presbyterian) Church, Eastbourne (no date).
