personal reminiscences of Dr Crews by M C Bradbrook, T E Hope and 'A. M.' (the last in French); 2pp article in Spanish by LC [Leonor Carracedo?] entitled 'El Judaeo-Spanish Dictionary de Cynthia Crews' [this article describes the Instituto Arias Montano's attempts to restore Dr Crews' original order to her 40,000 or so handwritten dictionary slips (see GCPP Crews 4/1) and concludes that a) Dr Crews herself had not reached any final decision on how to order the material, b) the sources from which she had derived the data were extremely varied, c) the unfinished dictionary contains a large quantity of material not included by Dr Crews in any of her published work and d) that it was much to be regretted that Dr Crews died before bringing the work to fruition].
