Chiefly watercolour landscapes, together with some still lifes and occasional oils on canvas, pasted into the volume, and painted in the style of various artists, chiefly Hercules Brabazon Brabazon [a good friend of BLSB with whom she often painted], also Daubigny, D Cox, H Moore, Constable, Decamp, Rubens, Corot, Turner, Crome, and Smallfield. Many pages are blank; some have clearly had pictures removed. Bookplate pasted in depicting the Brabazon family coat of arms with the motto 'Vota Vita Mea'.
