You will see that Miss Davies' statements are highly coloured (in the matter of Miss [Louisa] Lumsden's conditional resignation). I have requested Miss Lumsden to send a statement of her clear intention as regards staying or going. Proposes two changes to the way the committee works. Very sorry about what Miss Davies says of Lady Stanley.
