Better not to cluster old students at Bl[andford] Square making it a sort of College house and resort of Gibsons and Townshends. Hope that we shall have no more of Miss [Hannah] Pipe's old pupils. Some chance of selling iron building to a school at Bedford in which Mr Seebohm is concerned.
