An account of family and other matters written by Davies for her nephew Theodore in 1905. The account covers the years 1847 (including preceding family history) to 1868. Pages 1-460 (pp 101-200 missing: these pages, covering the period 1849-61, were used by Barbara Stephen when she was writing 'Emily Davies and Girton College' (1927) and appear to have been lost at that time), plus letters, cuttings and printed material; preceded by table of contents covering pp. 201 to the end.
