Comprises a collection of articles by various authors, gathered by Madeline Greenwood from various sources, chiefly newspapers.
Includes articles and notes on opportunities for, and training and experience of, women in the following areas of work: newspaper indexer; nurse; children’s nursery nurse; doctor; secretary; architect; pharmacist; business entrepreneur; tea room manager; gardener; Civil Service clerk; rent collector; and barrister. Also contains articles on Trade Schools for Girls and on the Housing of the Educated Working Woman.
