Scope and Contents The scholars are to be chosen by the Dean and Chapter from the free school in Canterbury being the children of their tenants and farmers in Norfolk, Suffolk and Lincolnshire; in default of the Dean and Chapter making such a choice it is to be made by the Dean and Chapter of Westminster from students of Westminster free school.
