The property comprises: (i) 8 acres, 1 rood in Barton, viz. a toft with a croft of 3 acres in Bridge End abutting on the highway; an acre in the Holfeld next to land of the Prior of Barnwell and abutting on Brunnebroke; 3 roods in Longe Brache abutting on Brache hafdon; 1 rood in Stokfurlong next to land of the said Prior and abutting on Priourys Wey; 1 selion of 3 roods lying in le Reddole and abutting on the said road; 1 headland of half an acre lying in Whiptaille next to land of the said Prior and abutting on land of the said Prior; 1 selion of 3 roods lying in le Downefeld in le Hirsty and abutting on le Hirsty Weye; 1 half acre in Litylldenne abutting on Hirsty Weye; 1 half acre abutting on Ponnetrede; 1 rood abutting on Brunnebroke, all of which he held jointly with Robert Fanne senior, Thomas Lacy and Richard Aunger senior, now deceased, by feoffment of John Coke and John Newman by deed of 30 Jan., 16 Edward IV (55 above);
(ii) a messuage with a croft adjacent and 2 acres of arable and 2 roods of land as in 59 above;
(iii) 3 acres and 1 rood in Barton as in 60 above;
(iv) 1 acre and 1½ roods of arable and ½ an acre of meadow in Barton and Barton Hay as in 57 above.
