Annotated by Masters: This is the Valuation by Rich. Cuthbert of Cambridge on the part of Mr Masters, but as that on the other part did not exceeed 44£ he chose to accept 50£ for the whole rather than contest it at Law; altho' if they had been estimated at the real value, it would have exceeded 100£.
