Four Parkerian endorsements:
1. Memorandum that in 1313 Henry Chamberlain, N. Baldock and 10 others made a grant of a piece of land, now a built-up messuage with an orchard (abuttals and dimensions given);
2. Memorandum that R. Fote occupies Flod acre which once paid 4d to the collector of John Frary; to enquire who holds it now;
3. Memorandum that the messuage called 'Le Flode' is held by R. Persoye who pays 4d to the manor of Landbeach, and that the associated acres no longer pertain to the messuage but were alienated by R. Fote, see the court roll of 2 Edward VI [1548];
4. That this is the house which W. Perse acknowledges that he hold of the manor at a rent of 4d, 38 Henry VIII [1546]
