2 acres lie in Wyklonde between land of Simon de Furnell and land formerly of the Treasurer of St Paul's London [see XXIV A 34]; 6 acres lie in Bradecroft between land of Roger le Grey and land of John le Grey; 3 acres and a rood lie in Taltebrege, of which 5 roods lie between lands of Robert son of Jordan; one acre lies between land of Robert son of Jordan and land formerly of Thomas de Wancy, three roods lie between land formerly of the said Thomas and land of Anselm le Grey, and one rood lies between land of Robert son of Jordan and land formerly of Agnes de Wancy; three roods lie in La Dune which Henry de Wancy held as his wick; 3½ acres lie in Topiscroft between land of Richard Pincerne and land of Hamon le Grey; 2 acres and three roods lie in Cuttelcroft, to wit one acre and 3 roods between land of Hamon le Grey and the field called Aldwyk; 1 acre and 3 roods lie in the field called Heithom between land of Robert le Grey and land of Adam de Reyndone; one acre lies in Cuttelcroft between land of the Prior of Berdene and land of William de Sarners; three roods lie in the field called Benleye between Longelondebroke and land formerly of Agnes de Wancy; 3 acres lie in Prestlonde between land of Alice de Wasseleshede and land of Ralph de Stiele; three acres lie between land formerly of Agnes de Wancy and Benleyemad and abut on the assart of Roger le Grey; two acres lie in the field called Aldwyk, viz. 1 acre and 1 rood between land of Henry de Wancy and land of Peter Sonke, and 3 roods between land of the said Peter and land of Robert son of Jordan. Of the 4 acres of meadow, with a messuage, which Geoffrey's mother held as dowry, 1½ acres lie in Grunesmad and ½ an acre in Smalemad which Peter le Grey held as his wick; one rood lies between Benleyemad and Benleyedell; 1 acre lies in Longelondebroke and one acre in Wydewellebroke, which acre Roger Finecok held. Excluded from the grant of the wood are the parts belonging to Henry de Wancy and Richard de Chigwell.
