Two acres lie in Herdburw [Arbury] between the field of Empiton de Dinderhill and land of Walter Franc; and one acre lies in the field towards Middleton [Milton] at Hollond, between land of Maurice Ruffus and land of Turstan Mercator of Histon, for payment (for the good of the donor's soul and his ancestors) one pound of wax to the service of God and the alter of St Mary's, Chesterton.
