Endorsed with memorandum that by an indenture dated 24 Dec. 1889 between Sidney Stanley of the one part and Mary Ellen Beales, Margaret Saunders and Cecilia Frances Walters of the other part a portion of the within described hereditamebnts consisting of the Malting and seven cottages now known as nos. 45 to 51 inclusive in Newnham Street and a small piece of ground adjoining the said Malting and messuages and now forming part of the kitchen garden attached to a certain messuage known as 'Plas Dinas' . . . was conveyed to the said Mary Ellen Beales, Margaret Saunders and Cecilia Frances Walters their heirs and assigns as tenants in common . . .'.
