Copy on dorse of Matthew Parker's memorandum on the original ground lease (presumably of c. 1549, but not to be identified in lease book) now recently expired, Signed Isaac Dobson, John Peckover and Joseph Lamplugh.
Also on dorse: 'Heere is to bee noted that enquirye is still to bee made for that certeine little yard or Gardenplott specified in the memorandum of Matthew Parker which is not Butted and bownded in the inventorye because as yet it is concealed from the new Lesee.'
